It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Mills Shanks of Katy, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on June 26, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edwin and Beatrice Mills (Miller) of Virginia. She is survived by: her brother John T. Mills of Seabrook; her nieces, Michelle Long (Mark) of Pasadena and Ashley Meyka of La Porte; and her nephew Jacob Mills of Lake City.
