She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willis Reese and Elmer Moseley Reese; her stepfather William Sammon; her siblings, Dorothy Halunka and Willis Reese; her husband Duane Meredith of Katy; her daughter Cheryl Gray (Bryan) of New Waverly; and her brothers, Tommy Sammon of Marlin and Willard Sammon of Marlin. She was also cherished by four grandchildren.
