She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Cowan and Lucille Cowan; her husband Kevin Barrett Koecher Sr.; her children, Barbara Eileen Fankhauser (Eldon) of Katy, Texas, Kevin Barrett Koecher Jr. (Stephanie) of Houston and Blake Cowan Koecher (Kathy) of San Diego, California; her grandsons, Mark Fankhauser, David Fankhauser (Catherine) and Mason Koecher; her great grandchild Quinn Fankhauser; her sister Rosemary Raines; her sister-in-law Delight Wardashki; her niece Anne Shine; and her nephews, Mark Raines, John Pat Wardashki, Paul Wardashki, Tom Koecher, Randy Koecher and Drew Koecher.
