He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Perez and Porfiria Gonzalez Perez; his wife Conchita "Meemo" Navarro Perez; his great grandchild Arlo Parra; and his sister Diamentina Perez Rivera.
He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa M. Andy of Normanna, TX and Irene Perez of Karnes City, TX; his grandchildren, Tom Perez Jr. (Irma Stella) of Kenedy, TX, Connie J. Andy, Theresa J. Andy, Lisa Marie Perez, Marina E. Deleon and Amanda Daniels; and his great grandchildren, Draven Morales, Eric Morales, Anthony Ruiz, Shelby Daniels, Corbin Daniels, Camila Barraza, Liam Ruiz, Grayzon Ruiz and Dominic Ruiz. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
