He was predeceased by: his fathers, Gilbert Green and Benton Green; his daughter Taryn Green; and his father-in-law Ronald Clemens. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Stephanie McNeely (Jon) and JT Green (Lisa); his grandchild Jaryn McNeely (Liz); his sons, Jackson McNeely and Parker McNeely; and his sisters, Eve Moore (Doug), Carol Garrett, Shelly Scott (Garry) and Connie Falk (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
