With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Bednorz (Karnes City, Texas), born in Coy City, Texas, who passed away on February 6, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Laddie Louis Bordovsky and Lenora Bordovsky (Scholz); her husband Ambrose Michael Bednorz, Jr.; her son Christopher Scott Bednorz; and her brothers, Ernest "Dick" Bordovsky and William J. "Willie" Bordovsky.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Bednorz of Victoria and Hilary Bednorz of Karnes City; her pet Dixie; her siblings, Helen McBride of Rochester, Minnesota, Carolyn "Button" Pooser of Fredricksburg, Mary Ann Oldham (Gail) of Kingsville, Texas, Frankie Bordovsky (Michele) of Goodyear, Laddie Bordovsky (Sue) of Big Spring, Texas and Albert Bordovsky (Patsy) of Falls City; her sister-in-law Gladys Bordovsky (William); and her godchildren, Kim, Jerry and Tim. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
She was an active member of the St. Cornelius Altar Society and attended mass regularly for many years prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.
