He was predeceased by: his father Lucio Garcia; his daughter Gabriela; and his grandfather Jose Sandoval. He is survived by: his mother Victoria Sandoval; his children, Amy Garcia, Allysa Montoya and Jeremy Garcia; his grandmother Amelia Aleman; his siblings, Ramiro Moncada (Cecilia), Pedro Moncada (Letty), Lupe Garcia Garza, Annie Garcia and Lupe Moncada (Chris); his nieces and nephews, Jesus Moncada, Chris Shular Jr., Andres Moncada, Alejandro Moncada, Rene Moncada, Victoria Shular, Marialysa Moncada, Christin Shular and Gabriela Moncada; his great-nephews, Ayden, Sammy and JaRhian; and his great-niece Lillianna. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
