It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Pawelek (Karnes City, Texas), born in Cestohowa, Texas, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John N. Camber and Regina Mzyk; and her husband Elmer Pawelek. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Gibson of Poth, Robert Pawelek (Kellie) of Gillett, Kevin Pawelek (Laurie) of La Vernia and Carol Hosek (Kenneth) of Poth; and her grandchildren, Ashley Davis (Robert), Jacy Yanta (Blaise), Jerrek Hosek, Erynn Hosek, Jace Pawelek, Mayson Davis and Jaxon Pawelek.
Memorial donations may be made to Karnes City Public Library, Falls City ISD Library, Falls City, Gillett or Karnes City VFD, or NBVM Catholic Church.
