He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Urrutia and Rita Rocha Urrutia; his wife Maria Zapata Urrutia; his daughter Mary Urrutia; his grandchildren, Sylvia Vasquez and Rudy Asebedo Jr.; and his great grandchild Otis S. Urrutia.
He is survived by: his children, Eddie (Francis Urrutia), Jesse (Rose Urrutia), Albert (Ida Urrutia), George Urrutia, Adrian Urrutia, Irene (Rudy Asebedo), Patty (Leo Ybanez), Ana (Esteban Reyes) and Martha Urrutia. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 79 great-grandchildren, and 20 great great-grandchildren.
