Leon Witte Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leon Witte of Karnes City, Texas, who passed away on March 21, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, D. W. Witte and Leona Witte; and his siblings, Johnny Witte and Rose Marie Jauer. He is survived by: his wife Joan Witte; his children, Jeff Witte, Scott Witte (Amy) and Kimberly Woods (Tim); his grandchildren, Katelyn Lewis (Trent), Kortney Witte, Kolton Witte (Leeah), Kaitlin, Jacob, Ethan, Addison Woods, Kendall and Kase Witte; his great grandchildren, Logan Pace, Elizabeth Lewis, Hazel and Sunny Prado; his sister Marilyn Biela (Fabian); and his caregivers, Stephanie Pena, Molly Gaytan and Amanda Gonzales. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorials be made to the American Heart Association and San Antonio Lighthouse for the Blind and Vision Impaired.
