He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignacio Martinez and Guadalupe Martinez; his wife Teresa D. Martinez; and his daughter Tracy Ann Martinez. He is survived by: his sons, Oscar D. Martinez (Beatrice) and Paul D. Martinez; his grandson Malcolm Trey Martinez; and his great grandchildren, Skylar D. Martinez and Trey D. Martinez.
