He is survived by: his siblings, Julian Bazan, Arthor Bazan, Carolina Garcia, Anita Leal and Ortencia Valdando; his children, Jose Luis Bazan, Jr., Maria Ricarda Bazan, Dora Lee Bazan, Freddie Lee Bautista, David Bazan, Julie Bazan, Jessica Bazan and Juanito Bosquez; and his sisters, Maria Bazan Morin and Olga Bazan Franco.
