He is survived by: his parents, Anna Foley of Karnes City and James Roy Tucker; his spouse Kat Salas; his daughters, Kobie, Amorette and Alivia; his brother Jason Foley, Sr. (Maria); his nieces and nephews, Rhianna, Jason, JaRhian, Sydney, Brittney and Gage; his siblings, Vincent Cross, James Franklin, James Henry, James Campbell, Terrance, Tamara, Brooke, Natalie, Oshyra, Jacara, Icyss and Tameria; his friend Graham; and his brother Crixus. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, maternal cousins.
