She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Moczygemba and Clara Moczygemba; and her son Curtis Jack Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Billy Jack Perkins of Karnes City; her children, Marsha Brockman (Mike) of Cestahowa, TX, Billy W. Perkins (Lynette) of Victoria, TX and Tammy Labus of Karnes City, TX; her daughter-in-law Jeri Sauceda (Ernie); her grandchildren, Zach Brockman (Amanda), Luke Brockman (Shannon), Janelle Perkins, Cassie Perkins, Kristen Gilbert (Jeremy), Derek Perkins (Angela), Cody Labus (Chelsi), Lindsay Labus and Brady Labus (Ashleigh); and her great grandchildren, Sloan Brockman, Brevyn Brockman, Beau Brockman, Brye Brockman, Claire Gilbert and Lane Labus.
