He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Neiswender and Brian Smith (Bryan); his grandchildren, Erica Ebrom (Cory), Ashley Black, Kelsey Pacheco (Isaac) and Callie Mireles (Caine); his children, Trey Smith, Jordan Crutchfield (Spencer) and Lindsay Smith; and his great grandchildren, Ryen Black, Travis Black, Raylynne Pacheco, Lexi Pacheco, Camryn Pacheco, Linkin Donahue, Ila Mireles, Cam Crutchfield and Sloane Crutchfield.
