With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Franke (Karnes City, Texas), who passed away on January 9, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Gail; his friends, Elfren Moczygemba, Jerry Vajdos, CJ Nichols, Sonny Sommer, Jimmy Sutherland and Charlie Brown; his wife Linda Joan Busch; his daughters, Debbie Liska (Tim) and Nancy Huser (Keith); his grandchildren, Garrett Liska (Kaleigh), Ashlin Liska, Kinley Hunt (Corey), Cole Huser and Riley Huser; his great grandchildren, Emmaleigh and Jaxon Liska; his brother Kelly Franke (Betty); his nephews, Brendt Franke and Brian Franke (Rhonda); and his caregivers, Grace Martinez, Kathy Salinas, LaNell Hopkins, Tina Cordaway, Rita Ramos, Betty Wishert and Norma Diaz.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rhodes Funeral Home Chapel (115 S Esplanade St, Karnes City, TX 78118). A prayer was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (408 S Davidson St, Karnes City, TX 78118). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Karnes City Cemetery.
