He is survived by: his children, Guadalupe "Shorty" Hernandez, Jr. (Carolyn) of Karnes City, Marina Rodriquez (Eloy F. Rodriguez) of Karnes City, Texas, Gus Schulle Hernandez (Anita) of Kenedy, Peter Ray Hernandez of Karnes City and Rene Hernandez of Karnes City; his son-in-law Henry Leal of Karnes City; and his siblings, Angel Hernandez, Arthur Hernandez, Elsa Garcia and Mary Lewis. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
