He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Broll Biela and Vincent Biela; his siblings, Archie Biela, Chester Biela (Cecila), Barbara Winkler (Pete), Christine Winkler (Fred), Edmund Biela, Leonard Biela, Mary Moczygemba (Chester) and Sylvia Pollok (Anton); and his siblings-in-law, Elmer Kruize, Leon Witte and Rose Marie Jauer.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Margaret Dugosh, Linda Ott, Diane Winkler, Greg Kruize and Walter Winkler; his wife Marilyn Biela; his children, Richard Biela (Brenda), Cindy Moses (Darryl) and Dr. Timothy Biela (Kendra); his grandchildren, Dustin Biela (Kaylin), Brittany Skloss (Nathan), Nicole Biela, Delanie Moses, Kelsie Moses, Noah Biela, Preston Biela, Bennett Biela and Emerson Biela; his great grandchildren, Kylar Biela, Parker Skloss, Brantlee Biela, Blair Skloss, Blakely Skloss, Braxton Biela and Cooper Biela; his sister Irene Kruize; and his sister-in-law Joan Witte. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
