She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolfo Pena and Matiana Gomez Pena; and her siblings, Guadalupe Beltran, Eralio Pena, Raul Pena, Carlos Bazan and Perfecto Pena.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jane Prieto (Joe), Joe A. Perales (Griselda), Fernando Perales (Nancy), Diana Perales, Servando Perales (Dana), Luis Perales and Jorge Perales (Kristi); and her brother Gilbert Pena. She is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 17 Great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
