She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond Lyssy and Emelia Lyssy; her husband Ben Jarzombek; and her siblings, Elizabeth Jarzombek, Rose Mary Kotara, Susan Bienek, Anton Lyssy, Peter Lyssy and Frank Lyssy.
She is survived by: her sister Josephine Moczygemba of Falls City; her children, Carol Moller (Kevin) of Fairfield, TX, Janet Creswell (Traye) of Seguin, TX, Ron Jarzombek (Shirley) of Mechanicsville, IA and Mike Jarzombek (Cara) of Houston, TX.; her grandchildren, Shari, Debi, Robert, Randy, Bryan and Brandon; her stepgranddaughter Cheryl Heiger (Jim); her great grandchildren, Abby, Emma, Madi, Jack, Sawyer, Haley, Easton, Decker, Joash, James, Ryder and Rhett; and her stepgreat-grandsons, Christopher and Matthew.
