He was predeceased by: his parents, Edelmiro Garza, Sr. and Petra Muniz Garza. He is survived by: his family, E. I., O. Homebuilders, Eddie, Isaac and Oscar; his wife Ofelia Jasso Garza; and his children, Isaac Garza (Michelle), Oscar Garza (Gabrela) and Cristina Pacheco (Gabriel). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
