He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice; his parents, Tom Donnell Jr. and Beulah Donnell (Sanders); and his siblings, Fay Rathmell (Donnell), Judy Hedtke (Donnell) and R. V. Donnell.
He is survived by: his daughter Lorrie Smith (Wayne); his grandsons, Nicholas Smith, Jason Smith and Callen Smith; his siblings, Ellen Audilet (Willie), Gene Donnell (Linda) and Tommy Kenneth Donnell (Glenda); and his adoptive daughter Lorrie.
