She was predeceased by: her parents, Modesto Franco and Maria Franco; her husbands, Jose Sandoval and Benito Aleman; her sons, Jesus Sandoval, Lucio Garcia Jr. and Jose Sandoval; and her siblings, Jesus Franco, Juan Franco, Enrique Franco and Manuela Urrutia.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria Moncada, Sylvia Mireles, George Sandoval, Mary Garcia and Bertha Garcia; and her sister Elvira Martinez. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
