He is survived by: his son Oliver Roger Burleyson, Jr.; his granddaughters, Julie Anne Halbert (Golden) and Delaney Burleyson; his great grandchildren, Harli Allison, Golden D. Halbert and Jewell N. Halbert; his significant other Judy Wheeler; and his brothers, James Lee "Jimme" Burleyson and Charles Robert Burleyson. He is also survived by numerous step-children, step-grandchildren, other family members and many friends.
