She is survived by: her husband Pamie Moore, Jr; her children, Michael Andrew Moore (Sherry), Pamie Moore, III, Terry Ann Warren (Maurice), Tonia Evette Moore, Gloria Jean Moore and Anthony LaMont Moore (Heather); her siblings, Freddie Lewis, Jimmy Lewis (Sandy), Frank Newhouse, Sr, John Oliver (Cinderella), William "Slick" Lewis (Doris), Diane Lewis and Helen McDonald; and her parents, William Sr and Lizzie Lewis, Sr.
