He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sullivan and Martie Sullivan; and his siblings, Clarence Sullivan, Katie Lee Sullivan, George Sullivan, Lawrence Sullivan, Jr. (Bill), Dorothy Sullivan and Kelly B. Sullivan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gertha Mae Jackson of Karnack, Velma D. Williams of Dallas, Texas and Lane Charles Livingston of Karnack. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and special friends.
