He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bennett Spencer; his son Kevin Charles Spencer; his grandchildren, Jamal Bennett and Jasmine Bennett; his great grandchildren, Jamison Bannavong, Jaxon Bannavong and Jaylon Bennett; his siblings, Lois Spencer of Hurst, Joyce Bennett of Beaumont, Doris Davidson of Karnack, Texas, Terry Spencer of Beaumont and Larry Spencer (Ruby) of Karnack, Texas; and his sister-in-law Loyce Ford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
