She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Pittman and Osie Pittman (Hutto); her husband Thomas Davenport; and her son Tommy Lyn. She is survived by: her children, Gene (Belinda), Ricky (Kathy), Nathan Davenport, Debra Blackmon, Sherry Travis and Otika Davenport Barksdale; and her brother Herschel Pittman. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirty six great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
