He is survived by: his former wife Judith; his daughter Pamela (James Matthews) of Justin, TX; his grandchildren, Gregory Douillard (Melissa), Megan Matthews, Emily Douillard, Wyatt Matthews and Brenna Matthews; his stepson Ron (Stacey Vargas); his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Vargas and Alex Vargas; and his siblings, Edward Page (Carolyn), Sheila Page Demag and Janice Page.
