He is survived by: his wife Enedina Menchaca; his children, Vickie Ramirez (Felix) of San Angelo and Vicente Menchaca Jr. (Sabrina) of Georgetown; his grandson Victoriano Ramirez (Maria) of San Angelo; his great grandchild Victoriano Ramirez, Jr.; his daughter Randi Herbst (Charles) of Junction; and his grandsons, Zachary, Brady and Carter Herbst.
