He was predeceased by: his wife Lila. He is survived by: his brother Charlie; his children, Norman Louis Fox and Connie Fox; his daughter-in-law Julie; and his grandson Andrew Louis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
For the safety of all, Norman, Julie, Andy and Connie prefer to wait until the Covid spread has settled before holding a service.
