He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Kiser and Fannie Kiser (Lemmons); his wife Jane Ellen Weaver; his children, Ray Kiser (Patricia), Kathy Kiser, Randy Kiser, Michelle Ramsey (Chuck) and Jeanette Dale (Billy); and his siblings, Lou McDowell (Richard), Sandra Timms (Nick) and Billy Don Adams (Paulette).
