Stevenson); his former life partner Kandy Phillips; his friend Charlie Simon; his wife Jayne Johnson of Junction; his children, Always, Robin Heap Jetton (Sam) of Junction, Dennis Marshall Heap II (Lisa) of Junction, Holli Heap (JP) of Junction and Kelli Heap Kirk (Kyle) of Midland; his grandchildren, Shannon Jetton of New Braunfels, Michael Jetton of Junction, Kristin Kothmann Towfighi (Afshawn) of Virginia, Andrew Heap (Sydney) of Junction, Katelynn Heap Brewer (Colton) of Burnet, Leacy Heap of San Angelo, Erin Bynum Martinez (Alonzo) of San Angelo, Kole Kirk of San Angelo, Kori Kirk of San Angelo, Kyler Kirk of San Angelo and Kase Kirk of Midland; his great grandchildren, Annelin Towfighi of Virginia, Esperanza Martinez of San Angelo, Charlotte Boone of Burnet and Chase Brewer of Burnet; his sister Jane Stevenson Chandler (Fred) of Ozona; his nephew Andrew Murr (Amanda); and his niece Rachel Murr Bean (Ryan). He was also cherished by his mother and grandparents after losing his father.
