She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Frank Bartosh (Bartos) and Bessie Cecelia Kristek (Bozena); her husband Joseph Jarslav Juricek; her former husband William Fred Zuhlke; her daughter Deborah Marie Juricek; her siblings, Vaclav Raimund Bartosh, Robert Adolph Bartosh, Ivan Felix Bartosh, Edward Victor Bartosh, Leona Mary Bartosh Pivonka and Viola Rose Bartosh Phillips; and her nieces and nephews, Larry James Phillips, Richard Robert Bartosh, Cindy Marie Phillips and Diane Lynn Bartosh.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Judy Pivonka Phillips (George), Florence Bartosh Netardus, Jeanette Bartosh Asbell, Mary Bartosh Popp (Ed), Doris Phillips Mayo, Nancy Phillips Dial, Ernest Pivonka (Irene) and Daniel Phillips; and her stepchildren, Beverly Zuhlke Tymrack (Don), Wanda Zuhlke Borth (Norman) and Gerald William Zuhlke (Kerry). She is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, and step-grandchildren.
