He is survived by: his children, Eugene Swango (Teresa) and Donna Frazier (Carl, Rita Zepeda); and his siblings, Jesse "Jake" Turrill Allen of Palestine, TX, Mark W. Allen of Las Vegas, NV, Sara Dean (Gary) of Corpus Christi, TX., Debi Hamilton of Fredericksburg, TX and Patricia Luckett of Corpus Christi, TX.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
