He is survived by: his significant other Joyce F. Oliver (Pogue); his daughters, Sandra Hocker (Kevin) and Cindy Oliver; his grandchildren, Justin Hocker (Celeste), Jason Hocker, Megan Hocker, Clint Hocker, Lynnessa DeLeon (Jose Moreno) and Deull Arnold (Syrena); his great grandchild Paisley Arnold; and his cousin Larry.
During his years as an electrician, he helped and befriended many people and donated much of his time to community service.
