It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Butler of Jourdanton, Texas, born in Leesville, Texas, who passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Lois Croft (Graham); her husband Jesse Butler, Jr.; her father Henry Croft; her son Darrel Butler; and her son-in-law Michael Ipsen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christie Gawlik (Gerald), Debbie Riley (Jimmy) and Esther Ipsen; her grandchildren, Alexis Malone, Brooke Menchaca, Carrie Hoerig, Bryan Lenz, Michael Ipsen, Christina Ipsen, Shyann Ipsen, Elexxus Ipsen and Leyla Ipsen; and her stepgrandchildren, Aimee Farley, Amber Gawlik and John Gawlik. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
