He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Salinas and Maria Salinas (Cordova); his children, Reagan Salinas and Dedra Martinez; and his siblings, Juaquina De La Garza, Mary Helen Gonzales, Johnny Salinas, Frank Salinas and Hermencia Salinas.
He is survived by: his wife Sylva Salinas; his children, Eunice Cruz, Jesse Salinas, Jr. and Frank Salinas; his grandchildren, Hazel, Serena, Genia, Aaron, Angel and Richie; and his siblings, David Salinas and Helen Cordova. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hurley Funeral Home (118 W Oaklawn Rd, Pleasanton, TX 78064). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the San Jose Cemetery (101 Tamarac St, Jourdanton, TX 78064).
