He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lyssy and Helen Lyssy (Pieniazek); his sister Mary Lou Jannise; and the mother of his children Janet Lyssy. He is survived by: his sons, Clinton Lyssy Jr. and Clifford Lyssy (Amber); his grandchildren, Nathon Gonzalez, Eyan Clark, Kaymber Lane, Richard Lane, Cristian-Vegas Lyssy, Jayleigh Lyssy, Cyrek Lyssy and Clayton Joseph James Lyssy; and his great grandchildren, Damar Gonzalez, Clementine Clark and Penelope Clark. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Hurley Funeral Home (118 W Oaklawn Rd, Pleasanton, TX 78064). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church (14011 FM 1346, St Hedwig, TX 78152). A burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery (14011 FM 1346, St Hedwig, TX 78152).
