He was predeceased by: his wife Lidy; his son Damon; his parents, Cyrus and Vera Roe King; and his siblings, Damon L. King and Shirleen Sowell.
He is survived by: his uncle Andrew Jordan; his children, Jimmy King (Becky), Cherie Hundley (Craig) and Travis King, Jr. (Donna); his grandchildren, Casey King, Ginny Jaeger (Andrew), Paul Rossi King, Lidy Nicole Castillo (Adrian), Tia Beckerich (Kameron) and Sophie King; and his great grandchildren, Julia, Jack, Sally, Clark, Lidy Isabella, Tristan, Olivia, Ella and Audrey.
