He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carr and Mary Anne Carr. He is survived by: his wife Kandie Carr; his stepdaughter Shannon Miller (Caleb) of Grandview, TX.; his stepgrandsons, Stetson and Weston Miller; his sister Karen Slate of Lancaster, KY.; his nephew Jason Daily (Angie) of Clarksville, TN.; his niece Mary Harris (Charlie) of Lancaster, KY.; and his great-nephews, Dalton, Kaleb, Dayton and Joseph.
