With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven Roy Rees of Joshua, Texas, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on November 24, 2022 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Rees; his aunt Muriel Mendrek (Henry); and his grandparents, Zoe Noble, Roy and Georgia Rees.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Rees of Joshua, TX; his sons, Nicholas Thomas and Jacob Thomas (Lauren) of Hurst, TX; his grandparent Jordan Thomas of Plano, TX; his mother Angelie Rees of Holland, MI; his siblings, Kristine Carlton (Brad) of Grand Rapids, MI and Brian Rees (Keri) of Holland, MI; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Fedewa of Mundelein, IL, Joshua Fedewa (Kristen) of Brighton, MI, Rees Fedewa of Grand Rapids, MI, Rachel Rees of Fennville, MI, Ian Rees of Holland, MI, Alexander Rees of Washington, DC and Nicole Rees of Holland, MI. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and many cousins.
