He is survived by: his wife Toshie Puckett; his children, Tammy Cadman (Dan) and Michael Puckett (Angela); his stepdaughter Ayano Copher; his grandchildren, Joshua, Anna Puckett, Avery, Hazel Cadman and Irina; and his siblings, Jon Puckett, Kevin Puckett, Sandy Blume and JoEllen Puckett. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
