As we bid adieu to Louie's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Louie has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac McBroom and Ada McBroom (Eudy); his siblings, Clifford "Buster" McBroom, Vera Hubbard, Ura Markum and WJ McBroom; and his son Kenneth Paul McBroom (Freeda).
He is survived by: his wife Freeda West; and his nieces, Wardene Yeaman (Don) of Burleson, Alice Ann Rhoades of Joshua and Anita Kay White of Kerrville. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, their children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mountain Valley Funeral Home (3407 SW Wilshire Blvd, Joshua, TX 76058). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ridge Park Cemetery.
