It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Gossett of Joshua, Texas, born in Hamilton, Texas, who passed away on June 20, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Odessie Stagner (Carter); her husband Alvin Gossett; her siblings, Dora, Veda, Vesta and Johnny; and her brothers-in-law, Wayne and Royce.
She is survived by: her sisters, Henrietta Elms (Eddie) of Burleson, June Young (King) of Joshua and Tommie Dunning (Terry) of Arlington; and her brother-in-law Joe Gossett (Jean) of Burleson. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews; and a host of great-nieces and -nephews, friends.
