He is survived by: his mother Jenyl Darlyn Brown; his wife Stephanie Arellano of Graham; his children, Hannah Rose Noggle, Allysa Jane Noggle, Joshua Kole Noggle and Jaxson Dale Noggle; his brother Chris Noggle of Tool; his half-brothers, Otho Noggle, Jr. of Snyder and Jake Noggle of Breckenridge; and his grandparents, Otho, Annie Mae Noggle of Breckenridge and Patricia Brown of Kemp.
