He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pillow and Vera Pillow. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Burns, Robert Pillow and Ronnie Pillow; his parents-in-law, Verna and Byron Laminack; his wife Marilyn; his children, Brian Pillow, Darren Pillow (Candy), Dana Flint (Gary) and Mindy Pillow Croft (Garth); and his grandchildren, Abigail Pillow (Brandon Glenn) and Jayda Flint. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Higginbotham Funeral Home (219 W Roberts St, Gorman, TX 76454). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Simpson Cemetery.
