He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Justin Ross Chapman; his wife Deborah; his daughter Jessica Pigg (Timothy) of Florida; his mother-in-law Norma Oliver; his brothers, Ken Chapman and Bill Chapman (Barbara); his stepfather Bill McKinney; his aunt Sandy Hawkins of Maxine Ambler; and his siblings-in-law, Robin Oliver (Rachel), Daniel Oliver, Craig Oliver (Sumer) and Christy Patterson. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and longtime friends.
