He is survived by: his mother Cindy Kinkade; his children, Lilly and McKayla; his nephew Jacob Stanford; his daughter Brianna; his grandparents, Stella Clements and Bee Rice; his stepfather Rick Evans; and his aunt Dell Marshall.
