He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Clemens Allen and Ethel Fitzgerald Allen; his wife Sondra Allen; his daughter Barbara Carter Steward; and his siblings, Warner, Royce, Toby and Cora Allen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deanna, Carter Mullins and Susan Vargas (Victor Vargas); and his grandchildren, Aaron, Michelle Greene, Lacey McMullen, Morgan, Troy Nelson, Matthew, Sara Mullins, Brittney, Richard Bryson and Verick Kincaid. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
